Welcome to the first ever Inspirational Interpretation! Here you will find my own drawings that were created by making a visual interpretation of poems and/or quotes.

Inspirational Interpretation:

I feel that my mind has a very big imagination, so usually when I read, I can see the words come to life in my head. I can get images of things that are related to what I am reading. So for "Notes to the Neglected Ones II" by r.h Sin, when I read " your biggest problem searching for validation" I instantly saw someone searching so what is more appropriate than someone searching through a magnifying glass, which explains the eye and magnifying glass in my drawing. The heart represents that idea of no one teaching you to love yourself which caused the search for validation from people who don't care. The dying roses exemplify the feeling of constantly not being good enough.

This had an impact on me because growing up I felt like I didn't really fit in anywhere. I wasn't popular but I wasn't a loner either. I was friends with some people that were more popular and I also had friends that weren't. Because of this I felt like I had to act one way with a certain group of people and a different way with the other. I tried so hard to be friends with everybody but some people just didn't care and would barely give me the light of day or only talk to me when they needed something from me. Once you realize that those kinds of people aren't worth your time and they don't deserve to have you in their life, you will become much more content with who you surround yourself with.
