A negative body image that women experience has been an incoming issue. Having negative thoughts towards oneself is not healthy for one's physical or mental health and and it should not continue to occur. What good can come from despising your body? What good can come from hating yourself everytime you look in the mirror? Perfectionism and self criticism is a development of hatred for one's body. Imperfection is beauty. Being skinny is okay. Not being skinny is okay, Having curves is okay. Not having curves is okay. What's not okay is ridiculing someone else for their body type.
Most women immediately start to pick flaws on other women whom they try to change. Do NOT let these women get away with trying to change others. If anyone was to ever have the need to change the way they look, they should do it for themselves, not to please this ugly society whose expectations are too high. All women are gorgeous regardless of their shape or size. A women's self-esteem should not decrease because of this so- called "perfect body" and they should not destroy themselves with starvation, low self- esteem, and even developing eating disorders to get a tiny waist.
Women should embrace what God gave them. Women should embrace every stretch mark. Women should embrace every curve. We were born to be real, not perfect. What kind of world would it be if we all looked the same? All sizes should be acknowledged. All sized should be loved. And most importantly, all sizes are beautiful.

We should all commend companies that support curvier women to influence teens and children of this generation that it is okay to be a size 14, a size 8 , a size 5, or any size.
Children that are influenced by social media and Hollywood need to break away from the idea of a perfect body because it is not reality. They are drunk on the idea that it is real, but it is false advertising. No body is perfect. We need more influential companies like Victoria Secret and magazines like Seventeen and other iconic fashion conglomerates to assist in terminating the dream of a tiny size 0 figure.
So, to all the girls that think you're fat because you're not a size zero. YOU are the beautiful one. It's society who is ugly. Keep your head high. Keep you chin up, and most importantly keep smiling because life is a beautiful thing and there is so much to smile about.
